Tengo gripe

Felíz fin de semana bloggers---Happy Weekend!!

I don't know how happy a weekend I'll have. I feel either a cold or flu or some kinda virus coming on. the head aches, the body aches, and just the general sluggish and achy feelings. The weather here has been quite crappy the last few days. It's supposed to be the dry season, but we're getting all kinds of rain, cold and dreary weather.. Ok for the N. American folks, I know low 70's ein exactly cold weather but for we down in the Southern hemisphere, anything below 75 is cold, OK anything below 60 is real cold, but so far we ein get there yet. So, I'm going to jump under the covers and fight this thing.

Right now I'm here enjoying Afternoon Delight and enjoying the chat.
topic of discussion-- A mother writes to Sharon complaing of her son's girlfriend. He's 49yrs and divorced with 3 children. The girlfriend is 29, they've been engaged for 3yrs (I got issues with this part) anyhow... The mother complains, that the girlfriend is quite domineering. She demands that the guy can't go to see the ex-wife and kids without her present because she don't trust the ex-wife. She also says that the man must bring home the money and give to her. The man has to share his earnings between the, ex-wife, the mother, the children and the girlfriend. The mother thinks that with this kind of behavior that the her son should call off the wedding. So the calls, emails and faxes are coming in with many various perspectives.

So Blogland what is your take on this situation? Should the man allow his fiancé to tell him who gets his money first? Should the mother have a say in the situation?? What's your view on the man???

The decision is ultimately up to him. I personally would not be staying with a dominaring woman! And no one can demand my money that I work hard for...well exept government, who don't even ast, dem just take it! Damn income tax!!! The most the mother should do is reason withher son and tell him her view, but he is a big man, 40+, him ole enough fi mek his own decision.

Well,I think the man should make his own decision.Unfortunately,if the woman got him whipped then it is easier said than done. The mother can voice her view but it all comes back to him

The kids should get what they need first. Everything else is up to him. The fiance sounds like she needs a job. He needs to stop being whipped...

He should support kids children.

If I were him I'd think twice about marying the fiancee.
